Every Uneeka project begins with clearly defined outcomes. For Kings Meadow, our clients, Stags and R&D Development - engaged us to provide full design and coordination services for a show home within a new development of nine properties.
Our first step was understanding the target buyer and gathering insights from estate agents about feedback from potential purchasers. This informed our design concept and guided the creative direction. Our goal was to deliver an atmosphere of effortless, everyday luxury that would resonate with prospective homeowners.

- Design Development
Charlotte began by carefully measuring the space, reviewing the electrical plan, and assessing natural light - essential foundations for a successful layout and scheme. We then presented our recommended floor plan, aesthetic, and a transparent budget breakdown. With client approval, we selected and specified all furniture, lighting, and accessories to enhance the space and help buyers visualise themselves living at Kings Meadow.
- Project Coordination
Choosing finishes was a highlight of the process. We selected a palette of warm taupes and gentle greens to complement the natural light and surrounding views. These tones were chosen not only for their timeless appeal but also to create a calming, inviting backdrop to suit a wide range of tastes.
As decorating progressed, we coordinated procurement, placing orders with trusted Uneeka suppliers. Deliveries were checked and consolidated at our warehouse in preparation for installation day.
- Installation & Execution
Final checks were made, and our kit - steamer, tools, and essential snacks - were packed. On a bright, sunny Friday, the Uneeka team arrived on-site with an electrician and joiner to fit lighting, curtain poles, window treatments, and artwork.
Our reliable colleagues, Kaan and Issac, carefully placed and assembled furniture while Charlotte and Louise dressed the home—steaming curtains, fluffing cushions, and styling shelves with meticulous attention to detail.
Throughout the day, we kept our client updated with before-and-after photos, ensuring a stress-free and transparent process.
